Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese technique thought to allow pain receptors to relax and, in turn, help restore physical balance. It is often used to calm tension, nerve inflammation, improve blood circulation and relax muscles.
Acupuncture positions very tiny sterile needles at tension points. The therapy remains intact for approximately 20-30 minutes. Sessions are often 4-6 weeks apart.
