?How do I request an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, please call us at (973) 640-1780 or request an appointment online using our interactive Schedule a Visit Form.

Our appointment scheduler will respond to your request within 48 hours.

Be sure to bring any diagnostic films, labs, or other paper work or test results that may have been ordered or performed by another physician. Medical records that are not already on file at Outpatient USA are very important to have for your upcoming visit. If you need assistance in gathering your records, please let our staff know before your visit.

?Do you file with my insurance?

At Outpatient USA, our billing staff is able to file with most major medical insurances. If you have questions regarding your coverage, please call your insurance company just to make sure. If you have already had a medical visit at our facility, you can call our billing department to ask about the status of your claim or to discuss any payments due.

?Is my healthcare information kept private?
